Catering
Promoter will supply coffee, tea, (soft) drinks and
sandwiches for the artists with their crew and management.
Dressing rooms
Party 1 will supply a suitable dressing room for the
artists, which is giving direct entrance to the stage. The
dress room must include 5 chairs, a table, water and 5
tools. The dress room is only for the artists with their
crew/management.
Stage
Party 1 will supply a stage from at the least 5 x 3
meter. The stage needs to be clean and empty.
Equipment
Client will supply and arrange the following equipment for
the artists:
- Minidisc & CD-player connected to the mixer
- Mixer with parametric EQ and 2x mid-sweep (no Behringer,
Mackie or Soundcraft Spirit series).
- 2 Floor monitors (separately controllable).
- Good reverb and delay on separate auxes (for example
Lexicon, TC-Electronic, no Behringer).
- 1 wireless microphones Shure SM58 (minimum slx/ulx series,
no vhf systems)
- 1 stereo equalizer 31 EQ for venue (BSS/Klark technic, no
Behringer)
- Sound system minimum 3-way active system with no limiters
(for example Synco, D&B, EAW or Nexo)
- P.A.: to 600 persons minimum 2 x 3 kW sound, to 1000
persons minimum 2 x 6 kW sound, to 2000 persons and open air
minimum 2 x 10 kW
Electricity
380V Electric (3 phase) required CEE-norm / 32 Ampere, 5
pins with 3 phases + Zero + ground within 10 meters from the
stage and the socket has to be good and safe on 3 x 25
Ampere.
Billing
It is agreed and understood that the Artist shall be
given top billing in all advertising and publicity. The
billing must read: "Robbie W.", with subtitle: "a
tribute to Robbie Williams". Any desire to advertise in
any other fashion shall be referred to in writing to the
Artist’s management no later than fourteen (14) days prior
to Artist’s departure for the engagement.
Flyers/Posters/Booklets/Advertisement/Tickets:
All promotional materials for the event must include TOP
billing of artist and read: ‘Robbie W’.
If artist has a standard logo/photo, it must be included in
the material. The logo/photo of the artist can be downloaded
from the website.
All promotional material must also include the website of
the artist, as in this case www.robbiew.eu
Broadcast and recording restriction
It is agreed and understood that no part or portion of the
Artist's performance shall be broadcasted, recorded or
reproduced, including all formats in either sound and/or
vision, unless prior, written approval has been provided by
Artist’s management.
